There is a scale at the top left quadrant of the plot showing the 'hour of day' and we did explain the rings in the previous post about circular plots. Will be interesting to see if cyclists find this plot useful in some way. Would definitely be much better if we could get the actual hourly rainfall data as well but I have yet to find it in the public domain.
